About
Make cross-border commerce accessible, explainable and executable.
That is the mission, and the order matters. Accessible without explainable is a black box. Explainable without executable is a report nobody acts on.
Long-term vision
The intelligence layer for global trade, corridor by corridor.
We are investigating how technology and AI can reduce the information and coordination burden SMEs face entering and operating in the U.S.–Mexico corridor — and then whether what we learn there transfers.
Rather than attempting to model every jurisdiction from day one, we intend to accumulate deep operational and transaction intelligence in one corridor, codify what works, and reuse the architecture, data contracts and partner playbook in adjacent ones.
We are deliberately not a consulting shop. Human trade expertise is used to validate, supervise and improve the product — not to substitute for productizing it.
Brand architecture
Company, product, and things that are not commitments.
| Layer | Name | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Company | Enduro Solutions | Owns the IP, data assets, customer relationships and operating entities. |
| Core product | Enduro IQ | Intelligence and workflow platform for cross-border trade. In development. |
| Possible extensions | Enduro Data · Enduro Network · Enduro API | Directions we may pursue if the core product earns the demand. Not current commitments. |
Strategic boundaries
What we have decided not to be.
Not asset-owning
We are not a logistics company and do not intend to own freight assets.
Not AI-as-moat
AI is the reasoning layer on top of differentiated data, workflows and feedback loops.
Not a consultancy
Expertise validates and improves the product rather than replacing productization.
Partner-enabled
Brokerage, customs, payments and financing run through licensed partners.
Founder
Errol Rochester
Founder, Enduro Solutions
- Enterprise solution architect since 2019
- IMBA candidate — Operations & Supply Chain
- B.S. Computer Science, summa cum laude
- Previously co-founder and CTO of a mobile marketplace
Enduro IQ sits at the intersection of three things Errol has spent his career on separately: making fragmented enterprise systems talk to each other, the operations and supply-chain discipline to know which handoffs actually matter, and the experience of taking a product from nothing to launch.
He has spent more than half a decade as an enterprise solution architect, delivering large-scale systems integration and data programs across identity, financial services, insurance and federal contracts. The recurring assignment has been the one Enduro IQ describes: systems that each hold a different piece of the truth, data that has to move between them without being re-keyed or lost, and the governance to know where a given record came from. He is a Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Data Architect among eight certifications, and has led integrations across CRM, ERP and inventory-management systems through middleware — structurally the same problem a cross-border transaction presents.
He is completing an International MBA at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, concentrating in Operations & Supply Chain with a Business Analytics certificate. Before that, a B.S. in Computer Science, summa cum laude, and two first-place hackathon finishes. He has also served as co-founder and CTO of a two-sided mobile marketplace, taking it from architecture through launch on iOS and Android, including payments and go-to-market.
That combination is the reason for Enduro IQ. The technical and operational half of cross-border trade is work he has done for years; the corridor half is what the current discovery programme is built to learn directly from the people who run it.
Enduro Solutions LLC was organized in 2022.
“We would rather build from what operators tell us than from what a business plan assumes.”
Current stage
Being clear about what exists and what does not.
Enduro IQ is in development. We are running customer discovery and recruiting design partners. We are not selling software yet, and this site is not a product announcement.
We do not hold institutional partnership agreements. Where we describe relationships with government, university, port or industry organizations, we mean conversations, introductions or prospective channels — and we will say so plainly until a written agreement exists.
Trade figures on this site are attributed to their sources where they appear. Where we do not have defensible data — market sizing, for instance — we do not publish a number.
